Day 39: More Grand Canyon

I set out at dawn for a three hour hike down the canyon. I had hoped to go further than the first rest area, but the knees and back are not what they used to be. Never-the-less, I took in some amazing scenery before heading back to the trailer to pick up Rosie. We then explored the east side of the park. I can't imagine that there are many better places in the world to hike, although it can get quite crowded here.
