Day 21: Tabasco Factory

We spent the day driving through Louisiana's swamp and bayou country and then took a tour of the Tabasco Factory on Avery Island, LA. I consider Hot Sauce to be an essential food group, so I really enjoyed the sampling area. Later toured the company gardens, which had more swamps, bayous, alligators, birds, etc. Beautiful part of the country.
