Day 100: Memphis, TN

We have a new favorite outdoor store: The Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid in Memphis, TN. The 535,000 square foot building has a giant aquarium, a live alligator pond, a shooting range, one hundred and three “wilderness” hotel rooms that overlook the indoor cypress swamp, the world’s largest free-standing elevator (28 stories), stuffed grizzly bears, etc. It also sells outdoor stuff. We also donated a book to the enormous Bellevue church library in Cordova. Oh, and there were no severe thunderstorms (yet) today!!! Things are looking up!
